Fans Choose Lil Baby’s ‘The Leaks’ as This Week’s Favorite New Music

The Leaks, Lil Baby‘s new album, tops this week’s fan-voted music poll.

Music fans voted in a poll published Friday (Dec. 5) on Billboard, choosing the rapper’s latest collection as their favorite new release.

The Leaks arrived alongside new music releases from Alex Warren & Gigi Perez, Disclosure feat. Leon Thomas, Luke Combs, Ozuna & Beéle and more this week. Lil Baby’s album topped the poll, bringing in 36% of the vote.

The Leaks, featuring collabs with Playboi Carti, Lil Yachty, Young Thug, G Herbo and more among its tracklist of songs and snippets that were previously never officially released, was unveiled on Lil Baby’s 31st birthday. One of those is “Let’s Do It” with Carti and Skooly — a track that also got a music video release on YouTube on Dec. 3.

“Happy B Day To Me !” he wrote on Instagram. “What’s A Better Way To Get The World To Celebrate Wit Ya , Then Dropping A Tape ?? ‘The Leaks ‘ Out Nowwwwwww ! Shoutout To Whoever Be Leaking My S— , Yall Made This Possible !!”

Earlier this year, Lil Baby dropped studio album WHAM, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart dated Jan. 18, 2025; it became his fourth Billboard 200 chart topper, following It’s Only Me (2022), The Voice of the Heroes (with Lil Durk, 2021) and My Turn (2020).

Among the new releases trailing behind The Leaks are Alex Warren & Gigi Perez’s “Eternity,” with 28% of the vote; Disclosure feat. Leon Thomas’ “Deeper,” with 10% of the vote, and Luke Combs’ “Giving Her Away,” with 8% of the vote.
