Tom Golisano will make ‘historic announcement’ at Golisano Children’s Hospital

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Businessman and philanthropist Tom Golisano will be making an announcement at Golisano Children’s Hospital on Thursday morning.

Golisano will be joined by the leaders of the University of Rochester and URMC for the announcement. They said it would elevate the international profile of URMC.

It has not been confirmed what the announcement will be about, but URMC said it will positively impact underserved families in the Greater Rochester Area.

Golisano’s announcement will be at 10:30 a.m.
