Syracuse Crunch rallies past Laval


LAVAL, CANADA (WSYR) —
The Syracuse Crunch gave up a goal in the first period, but were able to rally back to take the 3-1 win over Laval on the road.
In the second period, Syracuse tied it up at one with Tristan Allard putting up a shot that ricocheted off Daniel Walcott and into the goal.
The Crunch then notched two more goals in the third period. The first coming on the power play from Jack Finley. Shawn Element would put the exclamation point on the win with an empty netter.
Syracuse picks up its first regulation win in Laval since 2019. The Crunch needs two points to clinch a playoff spot.
Syracuse is back in action Saturday at Belleville.
