Orange Head to #13 Duke on Sunday at Noon

The Orange (13-5, 4-4 ACC) head to Durham to face their third nationally ranked opponent of the season when Syracuse and No. 13 Duke tip-off at 12 p.m. inside Cameron Indoor Stadium Sunday. Fans can watch the game live on national television on ACC Network with Angel Gray and Jasmine Thomas on the call.

‘Cuse looks to bounce back after a road loss at Georgia Tech on Thursday night. Dyaisha Fair leads the Orange with 19.4 points per game and is coming off a 17-point performance against the Yellow Jackets. Dariauna Lewis had her eighth double-double of the season with 11 points and 14 rebounds while Teisha Hyman added 15 points in the loss.

Duke is coming off a rivalry loss to No. 17 North Carolina Thursday night. It was the first ACC loss of the season for the Blue Devils who stand at 16-2 overall and 6-1 in the league. Shayeann Day-Wilson had 24 points in the loss while Reigan Richardson added 12 points. Duke is led by Celeste Taylor who is averaging 12.3 points per game.

The Blue Devils have won two-straight against Syracuse but the last time the Orange visited Cameron Indoor the Orange left with a 64-55 win on Jan. 27, 2019.

Following Sunday’s mid-day matchup against Duke, the Orange return home for back-to-back home games against Virginia and Louisville on Thursday and Sunday, respectively.
