A New Los Angeles Venue Will Open This Fall With a Set From Solomun

A new Los Angeles venue will open its doors in high style this fall with a set from Solomun.

The Bosnian-German dance titan will play Reframe Studios Outdoors on November 29, with California’s own Max Styler opening the show.

The performance will mark the first event at Reframe Studios Outdoors, a never before used venue located on the grounds of Reframe Studios in the city’s Atwater Village neighborhood. The show is be produced by Los Angeles-based dance event leader Framework, which will continue doing shows at the venue after this debut. The performance will serve as the finale to Framework’s 2025 outdoor season.

Framework is also behind a laundry list of dance events in special locations around Los Angeles, including Dom Dolla at The Dock at the Historic Sears Building last October, 2024 shows with Duke Dumont and Rampa at film production house Red Studios along shows myriad performances on Hollywood Boulevard, Las Palmas Avenue, Gin Ling Way, California Plaza and the SCI-ARC League of Shadows Pavilion.

Tickets for Solomun at Reframe Studios Outdoors go on sale Sept. 12.

“We’re thrilled to welcome back Solomun to our brand new venue in LA,” says Framework co-founder Kobi Danan. “His energy, talent and ability to move a crowd are unmatched. We couldn’t think of a better artist to help us kick off this exciting new location for our outdoor season closing party.”

Solomun, meanwhile, has plenty of performances between now and then, with upcoming sets including his ongoing +1 residency at Pacha Ibiza for which he welcomes a different guest each week. That residency continues at the club through Oct. 5, with the producer also playing the tenth edition of his annual Solomun at the Port show on Sept. 17. This free show started in 2014 as a way to give back to the local community and businesses amid the close of the island’s summer clubbing season. Welcoming roughly 10,000 people, the show happens with support from Pacha Ibiza, the Port Neighbors, the Merchants Association and the City Council.
