‘The Summer I Turned Pretty’ Dominates Top TV Songs Chart for July 2025

The latest season of Amazon Prime Video’s The Summer I Turned Pretty dominates Billboard’s Top TV Songs chart, powered by Tunefind (a Songtradr company), for July 2025, paced by Chappell Roan’s “Hot To Go!”

Rankings for the Top TV Songs chart are based on song and show data provided by Tunefind and ranked using a formula blending that data with sales and streaming information tracked by Luminate during the corresponding period of July 2025.

The third season of The Summer I Turned Pretty, the series’ last, premiered July 16 after a nearly two-year break. Four of the season’s episodes arrived during July, thereby making it eligible for the latest Top TV Songs tally.

And debut they did: music from the series occupies eight of the chart’s 10 positions, led by “Hot To Go!,” which bows at No. 1 with 20 million official on-demand U.S. streams and 2,000 downloads sold in July 2025, according to Luminate.

“Hot To Go!” appears in the first episode of The Summer I Turned Pretty’s third season, as do the other songs in the tally’s top four: Red Hot Chili Peppers’ “Can’t Stop” (No. 2; 16.3 million streams, 1,000 sold), The Cranberries’ “Dreams” (No. 3; 8.6 million streams, 2,000 sold) and Jack Harlow’s “Lovin On Me” (No. 4; 13.5 million streams, 1,000 sold).

All four songs have previous Billboard chart history, paced by “Lovin On Me,” which ruled the Billboard Hot 100 for six weeks beginning in 2023. “Hot To Go!” reached No. 15 last year, “Dreams” rose to No. 42 in 1994 and “Can’t Stop” hit No. 57 in 2003. “Dreams” also hit No. 15 on Alternative Airplay in its original run and “Can’t Stop” notched three weeks at No. 1 on the chart.

The other two series represented on the latest Top TV Songs list are And Just Like That… and Untamed. The former is at No. 5 via Kim Carnes’ 1981 Hot 100 No. 1 “Bette Davis Eyes” (6.3 million streams, 2,000 sold), with the latter at No. 9 thanks to Colter Wall’s “Sleeping on the Blacktop” (8.2 million streams, 1,000 sold).
