Millie Bobby Brown Reveals She & Jake Bongiovi Have Adopted a Baby: ‘We Are Beyond Excited’
The young cast members of Stranger Things are all grown up — so much so that star Millie Bobby Brown has welcomed her first child with husband Jake Bongiovi.

On Thursday (Aug. 21), Brown and Bongiovi shared a message on their respective Instagram pages, announcing that they are now parents. “This summer, we welcome our sweet baby girl through adoption,” the pair wrote. “We are beyond excited to embark on this beautiful next chapter of parenthood in both peace and privacy. And then there were 3.”
The news comes just over a year after the couple wed in an intimate U.S. ceremony, where their parents — including Bongiovi’s father Jon Bon Jovi — were present. Speaking to BBC’s The One Show shortly after the wedding, Bon Jovi revealed that the newlyweds were “absolutely fantastic” following their nuptials. “It was a very small family wedding, and the bride looked gorgeous, and Jake is happy as can be,” he said at the time.
In the coming months, Brown is set to return for the final time to her breakout role in the fifth and last season of Netflix’s Stranger Things. The trailer for the last installment of the series follows her character, Eleven, as she reels from the harrowing events of season four, and gears up alongside her friends and allies to engage in a final battle with Vecna (Jamie Campbell Bower) for the fate of Hawkins. Vol. 1 of the season will release on Nov. 26, with Vol. 2 following on Christmas Day (Dec. 25) and the grand finale arriving on New Year’s Eve (Dec. 31).
