Noah Kahan Announces New World Tour

By: Luke Roy

Noah Kahan announced his second world tour in two years, the Last of the Bugs World Tour, on Oct. 29.

The past year has been a busy one for the Vermont native, who is still on his Great Divide World Tour following the release of his most recent album. That tour wraps up Dec. 7, leaving him little rest before his next run of shows.

Kahan has been blown into the spotlight since the release of his 2022 project “Stick Season,” with the album garnering near 8 billion total on different streaming platforms. His most recent album, “The Great Divide” was released this past April, and has been very successful, with it earning 389,000 equivalent album sales in its first week.

The Last of the Bugs World Tour will open April 24 at Sanford Stadium in Athens, Georgia, home of the University of Georgia Bulldogs. Most of his tour will take place in these collegiate stadiums, but he will be returning to familiar spots such as his four night stay at Fenway Field in Boston. And abroad he will be playing a mix of soccer stadiums and concert grounds.

Most of his U.S. dates will be at college or NFL stadiums, ranging from Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium at the University of Texas at Austin to Ford Field, home of the Detroit Lions. In the northeast he will be playing shows in Montreal and Buffalo.

Although he will travel across the country, Kahan will skip several major cities, including Los Angeles, Chicago, Phoenix and San Diego. Overseas, he will play in a number of European countries, including the Netherlands, Spain and Ireland.

Syracuse-area fans can catch him June 12 at the newly opened Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, New York. As Kahan’s popularity continues to grow, more world tours are likely to follow.
