Niall Horan Joins VENU as Shareholder, Strategic Partner
VENU, a sponsor of Billboard’s recently wrapped Live Music Summit, announced today that global pop star Niall Horan has become a shareholder and strategic partner.
With more than a decade of chart-topping hits, sold-out tours, Horan brings experience and insight into what resonates with both artists and audiences. From his early success with One Direction to his solo career, Horan has built a reputation for authenticity and connection. His business ventures — including cofounding Modest! Golf Management, investing in Boston Common Golf and Whoop through Greenbridge Ventures, and serving as a coach on The Voice — reflect a broader interest in mentorship and innovation.
According to VENU, Horan’s involvement goes beyond a typical celebrity endorsement. He’ll take an active role as a founding member of the company’s advisory council, joining country artist Dierks Bentley in a group focused on shaping the future of live entertainment and advancing VENU’s fan-first, artist-driven approach.
“My whole career’s been built on creating something special for fans,” said Horan. “Music is about connection. Joining VENU is a chance to strengthen that bond and push boundaries for artists and audiences.”
VENU founder and CEO J.W. Roth called Horan’s involvement “an incredible moment,” adding: “He’s not only one of the most respected artists in the world, but also a thoughtful businessman who shares our vision to change how the world experiences live music.”
VENU is expanding its presence in live entertainment by opening venues across the United States and focusing on creating spaces that enhance the concert experience for both artists and fans.
