Fugitive of the Week: Brian Cooper

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Brian Cooper is the latest fugitive of the week.

Syracuse Police hope that you know where he is.

Cooper is wanted for failing to register his address and failing to return the annual verification form as required for a Level 1 Sex Offender.

Cooper is 50 years old with black hair and brown eyes

He is 6 feet tall and weighs 160 pounds.

His last known address is West Genesee Street in Syracuse.
