Doechii Gave Ayo Edebiri a Seductive Lap Dance During Her Camp Flog Gnaw Performance
Doechii lit up Camp Flog Gnaw during her headlining slot, and spiced her show up by giving Ayo Edebiri a memorable lap dance.
Doechii performed at Tyler, the Creator’s 2025 festival over the weekend at Dodger Stadium, and things got heated during her hour-long set once she brought The Bear star on stage. Clips began to emerge online that show the Top Dawg Entertainment artist performing her 2022 single “Crazy” while Edebiri sits on stage. Doechii crawls and dances on top of a desk for Edebiri, who sits and playfully fans herself.
At one point, Edebiri grabs the desk to make sure it’s steady as they swing around, and to prevent Doechii from falling, which she’s done a few times during her Live From The Swamp Tour this year. The rapper addressed the malfunctions on TikTok, and pushed back against allegations she was doing all this on purpose.
“This mechanical desk jerks when it moves, and in order for me to not fly off of it — which I did a couple times in rehearsal — we had to put grip tape on the desk,” she said in a TikTok in October. “The grip tape is basically like sandpaper, so when I’m standing on it or sitting on it, I don’t move and fall over.”
She continued, “What’s happening is, my performance stockings are ripping because I’m sitting on sandpaper, and I’m performing on sandpaper. So by the time I get to the part in the song for the slide, my bare ass cheeks are sticking to the slide because I’m sweating. They put the towel there, but as soon as I put the towel there, the wind from my big fat booty blows the towel away.”
Doechii’s memorable performance comes after torrential rain nearly shuttered the annual Camp Flog Gnaw festival. The two-day fest finally returned in all its glory this past weekend after it was supposed to go down the weekend of November 14. Taking over Dodger Stadium Grounds for a fifth year, the event included performances from Childish Gambino, Doechii and Tyler himself.
