CoComelon’s New Ode to Sleepy Time Has Baby JJ Flying Through the Clouds & Declaring ‘I Love My Bed’: Premiere

CoComelon‘s new song “I Love My Bed” might be a bedtime anthem, but it’s no lullaby.

Billboard Family is exclusively premiering the animated music video for “I Love My Bed,” and “animated” is also a good adjective to describe the song, which is more upbeat than most bedtime music, aiming to make an often challenging part of the day fun — especially after Sunday’s daylight saving time switch.

“We designed ‘I Love My Bed’ as a true celebration of bedtime,” Joshua Embury, music director at Moonbug Entertainment, tells Billboard Family. “It’s not a traditional wind-down track; it’s high energy and exciting, acting as a great way to frame bedtime as a fun and positive event. We hope this anthem helps make bedtime more exciting for kids.”

In the new video, JJ goes on a big adventure, all from the comfort of his trusty bed. But this is no ordinary bed: It’s shaped like a boat, and it takes flight out of JJ’s room and into the skies, soaring through the clouds and out above the ocean before floating right back into JJ’s room where he’s fast asleep.

It’s all part of the “CoComelon Can Help” campaign to de-stress bedtime, which includes new music and CoComelon episodes, as well as the just-released Wiggle to Wind Down podcast, created in partnership with Headspace. Each 20-minute episode combines movement and calming stories, helping kids “release big energy before bed and drift off peacefully,” the podcast description promises. According to an online survey conducted by Moonbug Entertainment, 45% of parents say bedtime is one of their biggest daily challenges.

Also this week, the new live-action CoComelon series The Melon Patch will premiere a new “Bathtime” episode on Thursday centered on a key part of many families’ pre-bed routine.
