How to Watch ‘the Road’ Season Premiere on DIRECTV

The new CBS reality TV series features a group of contestants competing as opening acts for legendary country music star Keith Urban on his national tour.

Created by Blake Shelton and Taylor Sheridan, the season will premiere on CBS on October 19. Throughout the season, each singer will join a headliner on tour and perform as their opening act in venues across the country, attempting to win over local fanbases to secure a spot in the next city and remain on the tour.
