Addison Rae Announces Self-Titled Debut Studio Album: ‘My Proudest Work Yet’

Come June, Addison Rae fans will have one big reason to put their headphones on: Addison, the TikToker-turned-singer’s debut studio album, is officially on its way.

As announced Wednesday (April 23), Rae will release her first LP on June 6, following a run of singles in 2024 and the first few months of 2025 that put the social media star on the map as a burgeoning pop star. “I love the entirety of this project with all of me,” she wrote on Instagram, sharing the album’s cover art.

“A mirror,” she continued. “A deep desperation and desire to understand myself better. A true collection of my proudest work yet. My dream cover. My dream collaborators. Pre-save now to prepare a sweet home for her.”

The vibrant, early 2000s-esque album cover features Rae looking over her shoulder at the camera through a hazy curtain of transparent tulle, the project’s title displayed in blue lettering to the left. Her 2024 breakthrough single, “Diet Pepsi,” will appear on the tracklist, as will “Aquamarine,” “High Fashion” and new release “Headphones On,” which dropped April 18.

Rae made her musical debut in 2021 shortly after finding fame on TikTok, dropping first single “Obsessed” in March 2021. Two years later, she unveiled an EP called AR featuring a duet with Charli XCX titled “2 die 4 u,” after which the pair teamed up again on a remix of the latter’s “Von Dutch” in 2024.

Just ahead of the album announcement, Rae made a surprise appearance during the Brat hitmaker’s weekend 2 Coachella set. In a January Rolling Stone cover story, Rae called Charli “such a big sister and mentor for me.”
