SU falls to Texas; next up is Texas Tech Friday night
BROOKLYN, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — The Syracuse men’s basketball squad fell to Texas in closely-contested game by a score of 70-66 on Thursday night, Nov. 21, in the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
JJ Starling led the Orange in scoring with 16 points. Eddie Lampkin followed close behind with 14 points.
For Texas, Arthur Kaluma led the way with 16 points.
The Orange will face the winner of the matchup between St. Joseph’s and Texas on Friday, Nov. 22.
