‘Alien: Romulus’ Is Releasing a Collectable 4K Steelbook That’ll Make a Chilling Display

An out of this world presence is ready to enter your home as Alien‘s eighth movie in the franchise, Alien: Romulus, is coming to DVD. After making a terrifying debut in theaters on Aug. 16, you can bring a special collectable steelbook home to watch (or rewatch) Alien: Romulus from the safety of your couch.
Besides offering gory scenes, the movie presented a score that paid homage to the original Alien movie, put together by composer Benjamin Wallfisch.
The latest film takes place between the events of the 1979 Alien and its 1986 sequel, providing you with additional background into the lore of the sci-fi horror series. While the movie is available to watch online through video-on-demand on Prime Video, you can preorder an exclusive steelbook featuring display-wothy artwork and bonus features including extended and alternative scenes.
Target and Walmart are currently offering the 4K steelbook online with the release date scheduled for Dec. 3 (just in time for the holidays). Stock for the collectable is currently sold out on Amazon, but you can still preorder the regular hardcopy 4K edition on sale for less than $50.
