Singer Josh Ross announced for 2024 NYS Fair
SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Recent winner of the Canadian Country Music Association’s Breakthrough Artist of the Year, Josh Ross will be bringing his talents to Syracuse.
Ross combines a mix of both country and rock in his music. He will be at Chevy Court Stage on Friday, August 30 at 6 p.m.

“Ross, who is heavily influenced by musical legends such as Metallica, Guns N’ Roses, and country outlaw Steve Earle, burst onto the scene in 2023 with a string of platinum-certified Top 5 Canadian country hits, including his breakthrough single “Trouble,” which peaked at No. 1.,” said the Fair.
Some songs of his you may know include, “Ain’t Doin’ Jack,” “Single Again,” “Trouble,” “Red Flags,” and more.
“One of the best things about the Chevrolet Music Series at The Fair is the variety of entertainment,” said Julie LaFave, Interim Fair Director. “Fairgoers have a chance to see some of music’s brightest newcomers like Josh Ross and award-winning legends who have been a part of pop culture for as long as we can remember.”
The Fair starts Wednesday, Aug. 21, and runs through Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 2.
