Employee killed by cow at Flack Farm in the Town of Lisbon

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) On June 9, The St, Lawrence County’s sheriff’s office were called to Flack Farm in the town of Lisbon for a report of an accidental death of a farm worker.

Through investigation police found out that the employee was attempting to tend to a newborn calf when a nearby cow charged at her, hitting into her multiple times.

The woman was transported to Claxton Hepburn Medical Center where she died from her injuries.

The investigation is still ongoing, with an autopsy scheduled to determine the exact cause of death.
