315 Elite Lacrosse hosts tournament for a cause

AUBURN, N.Y. (WSYR) — The third annual Summer Jam hosted 68 teams from all over the area to enjoy the weather and compete on the lacrosse field. Each entry also helped support a good cause.

Part of the tournament’s proceeds go towards the Champions for Life foundation that gives families who have children with life threatening illnesses, time of relaxation at their Brian Bisgrove Home of Courage. All stays at the home are free of charge so these tournaments at Everest Park are crucial to giving back to these families.

On top of the funds raised for Champions for Life, the Men’s Valley Club provides all the concessions for the tournament while raises money to support youth sports in the Valley and elsewhere.
