Oswego Co. man facing multiple sex charges
OSWEGO N.Y.– On May 9, State Police arrested an Oswego County man, Joshua Sprague from Hastings N.Y., for Criminal Sex Act first degree and Unlawful Publication of an Intimate Image.
These charges were the result of an investigation that Sprague engaged in sexual conduct with a 42-year-old female by allegedly raping her and then posting intimate photos of the woman online without her consent.

Two more females came forward regarding more sexual offense allegations that occurred from 2017 to 2024 at multiple locations in Oswego County.
On May 24, Joshua Sprague was once again arrested for multiple sex offenses. He was arrested for rape first degree and criminal sexual Act in the first degree.
Sprague was processed at SP Hastings, arraigned at CAP court in Oswego County, and remanded to the Oswego County Jail.
Sprague is also being charged with one count of Predatory Sexual Assault, a class A-II felony.
