Liverpool defeats C-NS in Class AAA finals

EAST SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR) — After a close game all night, Liverpool senior, Mackenzie Frani closed out the 8-7 win for Liverpool in the top of the seventh. She also racked up 12 strikeouts on the day.

The Warriors had 7 RBIs putting up two runs in the first inning and fifth to squeeze past the Northstars. C-NS finishes their season 12-7.

No. 1 seed Liverpool now advances to play Section II’s Saratoga Springs June 1 in regionals.
