On the Lookout: Sex offender Tito Rodriquez

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — NewsChannel 9 is putting viewers “On the Lookout” for this week’s fugitive.

Tito Rodeiquez is a 35-year-old Hispanic man with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5’8″ and 175 lbs.

Rodriguez is a Level 1 Sex Offender and has been since he registered in August of 2021.

As part of his registration, he is required to notify the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services Sex Offender Registry in writing within 10 days of any change of residence address.

However, he is no longer living at the address that was last provided to the state and failed to notify them of his change in address.

His previous addresses were on Gulf Road, in Camillus, and Carbon Street, in Syracuse.

Rodriquez has 17 local prior arrests as well.

Syracuse Police say Rodriquez also failed to complete his required annual Sex Offender Registry.
