#2 Syracuse women’s lacrosse tops Clemson for ninth straight win

CLEMSON, S.C. (WSYR-TV) –

#2 Syracuse extended its winning streak to nine straight games on Saturday, defeating Clemson 15-6.

SU raced out to a 6-1 lead after the first quarter and never looked back.

Emma Tyrrell led the Orange attack with three goals and three assists. Payton Rowley tied her career high with four goals.

With the win, Syracuse clinches at least a share of the ACC regular season title.

SU improves to 12-3 overall (8-0 in the ACC).

Syracuse closes out the regular season on Thursday at #3 Boston College.
