Wind and snow for CNY Sunday and Monday

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Despite recent mild weather, winter will come roaring back into Central New York this weekend.
Rain to start the weekend, not snow
Some rain is expected on Saturday over central new York. It is steadiest in the afternoon.. No travel problems are expected because of the rain Saturday.
Rain starts to change to snow Saturday night.
The snow will first fly over higher elevations, but pretty much everywhere will have snow falling by later Sunday afternoon. Including lower elevations as well as the city of Syracuse.
Temperatures above freezing during the daylight Sunday should help to limit any accumulations before sunset. In fact, in lower elevations those kind of temperatures should keep the roads wet and not white.
How much snow?

The worst stretch of weather (the combination of snow and strong northwest winds greater than 40 mph) will come Sunday night.
Monday school delays?
Monday morning’s commute will be rough with snow and wind.
There may likely be some school delays and closings.
