NYS Fair adds another concert to their 2024 lineup

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Just in time for Easter, the New York State Fair has announced that a pop and contemporary Christian band will be performing this year.

CAIN has been added to the 2024 lineup. The group is made up of three siblings: Taylor Cain Matz, Madison Cain Johnson, and Logan Cain.

They will take the Chevy Court State on Monday, August 26, at 6 p.m.

The siblings were raised in Hartselle, Alabama, as pastor’s kids but now live in Nashville.

CAIN has been performing since 2013 when they got their big break opening for Dave Barnes and Andrew Ripp. Since then, they have gone on to release four projects and shared the stage with artists, such as TobyMac, Zach Williams, and Casting Crowns, while also performing on the famed stages of The Grand Ole Opry, Red Rocks Amphitheatre and Ryman Auditorium, according to the Fair.

Some of their hits are “I’m So Blessed,” “Rise Up (Lazarus),” “Yes He Can,” “Any More,” and more.

“CAIN is a great addition to the Chevrolet Music Series at the Great New York State Fair, which has long been known for having something for everyone – from highlighting some of the most talked-about new and contemporary artists like CAIN to welcoming back greats from decades past, and everyone in between,” said Interim Fair Director Julie LaFave.
