Le Moyne beats Stonehill 12-11 in overtime

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR) — After starting off the game with two back-to-back goals, the Dolphins won a close one over Stonehill at home, taking the 12-11 win in overtime.

Le Moyne led by one at the break, but Stonehill would tie the game up at 11 in the last 30 seconds to send it into overtime. Sarah Hutchings scored the game winner unassisted to take the win. She also led the team in goals with five followed by Reilley Greer with three and Rhonee Shea Pal with two.

The Dolphins improve to 3-4 on the season and move to 2-0 in NEC play. They go on the road to take on Merrimack College next Saturday, March 23rd at 3 p.m.
