K-Pop on Top: ATEEZ Hits No. 1 on Artist 100 Chart, JIN Re-Enters at No. 2
ATEEZ re-enters the latest Billboard Artist 100 chart (dated Nov. 30) at No. 1, becoming the top musical act in the United States for the first time in the chart’s 10-year history, thanks to the group’s new EP, Golden Hour : Part.2.
The Artist 100 measures artists’ activity across key metrics of music consumption: album sales, track sales, radio airplay and streaming. Using a methodology comprising those metrics, the chart provides a weekly multi-dimensional ranking of artist popularity.
Released Nov. 15 on KQ/RCA/hello82, the set debuts at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 184,000 equivalent album units earned in the U.S. in its opening week, according to Luminate. It becomes the group’s second leader, following The World EP.Fin: Will in December 2023.
