Syracuse Trivia Co. offers new survey-based game called “Syracuse Says”

(WSYR-TV) — It’s all fun and games here on Bridge Street. We competed in our own trivia game here, now Syracuse Trivia Company is back with a new game. It’s called “Syracuse Says,” where players guess the most popular responses of survey questions.

Dale Cocca, vice president of Syracuse Trivia Company, and his brother Brian Cocca, president, joined us again this morning.

Dale and Brian tell us they wanted to make a game for everyone, even people who don’t consider themselves trivia buffs. They found that pub survey-based games are becoming more and more popular, so they created their own version.

The surveys were filled out by 100-200 people in the Syracuse area who play trivia nights – which is why they call it “Syracuse Says.”

The games are free to play and they are back to back at two locations on Wednesdays: PressRoom Pub in Downtown Syracuse, and Bull & Bear Roadhouse in the heart of Fayetteville. The first game starts at 7 p.m. and the second starts at 8 p.m. Participants can win points to get prizes.
