Here Are Some of the Best Fan Reactions to All the Diss Tracks in the Drake vs. Kendrick Lamar Feud

The last six weeks have witnessed an intense explosion in the hip-hop world. The clash between Drake and Kendrick Lamar, ignited by the latter’s warning shots on Future and Metro Boomin’s chart-topping song “Like That,” has set the stage ablaze. This feud, simmering for more than a decade, has sparked intense conversations in the hip-hop world and social media, and left fans on the edge of their seats, eagerly awaiting the next move.

Drake and Lamar, with their contrasting styles and diverse appeal, have not just engaged in a feud, but also sparked a spectrum of reactions from their passionate fan bases. From sharing humorous memes and referencing the diss tracks to engaging in detailed analyses, the battle between these two hip-hop giants has become a hot discussion topic and a canvas for myriad emotions and opinions.

The latest tracks came in the first weekend of May, beginning with Drake’s “Family Matters” on May 3. While the response was clever, Kendrick quieted the buzz and enthusiasm with his diabolical reply, “Meet the Grahams,” which came minutes later. The song offered Lamar’s take on everyone in Drake’s family tree allegedly affected by his devious ways.

Kendrick then looked to put the nail in the coffin with his DJ Mustard-produced song “Not Like Us,” which deviates from his previous releases. “Say, Drake, I hear you like ’em young/ You better not ever go to cell block one/ To any b—- that talk to him and they in love/ Just make sure you hide your lil’ sister from him,” rapped Kendrick.

Drake stormed back May 5 with “The Heart Pt. 6,” which addressed all of the allegations and claims pressed against him, including his alleged predatory behavior. “This Epstein angle was the s–t I expected/ TikTok videos you collected and dissected/ Instead of being on some diss-direct s–t / You rather f–king grab your pen and misdirect s–t,” spewed Drake.
