On Wednesday, Airbnb CEO Brian Chesky announced the company’s 2024 summer release, showcasing new in-app features, including 11 immersive spaces available now.

Airbnb is revolutionizing its booking process, making it easier than ever by allowing users to share wish lists, connect with others via group message, and extend trip invitations using their in-app designed posters from cities around the world.

Along with these new features, you’ll be transported to a world you thought only existed in your imagination.

From its Barbie Malibu Dreamhouse to 11 fresh Airbnb listings — dubbed Icons — you’ll be able to travel the world and feel like you’re in the movies or living the life of your favorite artists. Airbnb’s latest venues are inspired by the world’s greatest icons in music, film, sports and more. “These experiences allow people to step into someone else’s world. This is what Airbnb does. … We are taking you inside worlds that only existed in your imagination,” Chesky said.

The first 11 Icons include Feid’s tour bus, Carl’s house from Disney Pixar’s Up, Prince’s house from the film Purple Rain, TikToker Khaby Lame’s gaming loft, a re-creation of Marvel’s X-Mansion from X-Men ’97, Bollywood star Janhvi Kapoor’s family home, the Ferrari Museum, Kevin Hart’s live lounge, Disney Pixar’s Inside Out 2 control center headquarters, Doja Cat’s living room and Paris’ Musee D’Orsay.

Chesky stated that more Icons are set to be released this summer, so be sure to stay tuned.

If you are planning your next trip, consider booking on Airbnb and step into the world of your favorite film and music icons.

Go on Tour with Feid

If you’re a huge reggaeton fan, you probably know Colombian singer Feid. Feid has always been an avid user of Airbnb and approached them expressing his desire to create an experience for his fans.

This monster-truck tour bus includes Feid’s favorite Columbian snacks, video games and even opportunities to play dress-up with green and orange wigs, sunglasses and fuzzy bucket hats. Everything on this bus is fuzzy and comfy; you won’t want to leave.

From the moment you step into the bus, you’ll feel as if you’re already going on tour with Feid. You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at his tour life as one of his crew members and experience life through his eyes.

Fun fact: Feid’s sister, Manuela Villada, designed his monster-truck tour bus. She picked out all the colors and designed its style to fit her brother’s aesthetic.

You can book your trip starting Friday for one of the following weeks to join him on this adventure and hang out with him along the way. Check out the schedule below for details.
