Drone racers come to Fayetteville

FAYETTEVILLE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — It was a weekend filled with high-stakes races at the Craftsman Inn and Suites in Fayetteville, not with cars or trucks, but with drones.

weBLEEDfpv hosted the tournament this weekend, March 16-17.

64 pilots from the U.S. and Canada signed up, and the top three finishers went home with prizes.

“The technology has gone so far and the ability for payload deliveries and responding to emergencies and trying to find a lost puppy in the woods.
