Utica men arrested in Schuyler assault, robbery

SCHUYLER, NY (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) — Three brothers from Utica have been arrested by New York State Police after a robbery on Friday, February 2 in the town of Schuyler.

According to Troopers, the three men entered the house of 50-year-old Petr Fesyuk inside his residence and began assaulting him. Fesyuk then retreated into his bathroom, where they broke his door and continued to physically assault him. Fesyuk was not seriously injured, but sustained contusions and lacerations to his face.

Police eventually identified the suspects — 23-year-old Pavlo Lisovets, 30-year-old Arkadil Lisovets, and 30-year-old Mykola Lisovets, all of the City of Utica. All three of them were subsequently arrested by New York State Police.

All three Lisovets brothers were charged with:

  • First-degree Burglary, a Class B felony.

All three of them were arraigned in the Town of Schuyler Court. They were remanded to the Herkimer Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail and $10,000 bond.
