Taylor Swift is one of the hottest names in music right now, but her name is not new to the industry. Since her first release in 2006, Swift has been able to stay popular for over a decade and a half, adjusting to new sounds and trends along the way. On March 17th, Swift began her 2023 stadium tour at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, AZ.
Swift, who announced that she would tour following the release of her latest album Midnights, provided clarity to several fans who speculated which songs she would play. The Eras Tour setlist offers a selection of songs from each album in Swift’s discography. Upbeat fan favorites including “Shake It Off” and “You Belong With Me” are featured in the setlist, in addition to slower songs like “The Archer” and “My Tears Ricochet.”
The Eras Tour was one of this year’s most highly anticipated tours. Tickets sold out in record time, which forced Ticketmaster to cancel its planned public sale. Not only is Swift traveling to major cities across the United States from Los Angeles to New York, but she is also bringing big-time talent to accompany her on the road. Phoebe Bridgers, MUNA, and HAIM are only a few of the supporting acts that Swift has secured.
Swift will travel to Arlington, Texas for her next leg of the tour where she will perform for three consecutive nights.
