Syracuse is 9-9 all-time in the ACC Tournament and has met NC State twice in the postseason since joining the ACC prior to the 2013-14 season. The last time they met in Greensboro, the Orange beat the Wolfpack, 80-61. A win against NC State would improve Syracuse’s record to 2-1 in the ACC Tournament against NC State and 5-11 all-time against the Pack.

The Orange hold their NCAA Tournament fate in their hands entering the ACC Tournament week as the team is listed as the last team of the “last four in” according to ESPN Bracketologist Charlie Creme’s most recent bracket update on Tuesday.

The Orange are coming off an 85-55 victory against Pittsburgh in their regular season finale last Thursday. Dyaisha Fair led all scorers in the contest with 23 points, hitting seven 3-point shots. Teisha Hyman contributed 12 points, Saniaa Wilson added 12 and Asia Strong finished with 10 against the Panthers.

NC State also faced Pittsburgh this past weekend, securing a slim 68-63 victory in Reynolds Coliseum on Sunday. The Wolfpack were led by senior Camille Hobby with 21 points. Hobby was backed up by Madison Hayes with 15 points of her own in NC State’s regular season finale.
