Sights and Sounds from Day 1 in Greensboro


March is here and the Orange are ready for the 2023 Ally Atlantic Coast Conference Women’s Basketball Tournament. Syracuse arrived on Tuesday evening and practiced Wednesday morning at the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, N.C.. The Orange finished the regular season 18-11 and 9-9 in the ACC earning a first-round bye. Syracuse earned the 9-seed and faces the 8-seed and three-time defending ACC Tournament Champions NC State (19-10, 9-9) on Thursday at 2 p.m. on AC Network.

‘Cuse had open practice Wednesday morning at the Greensboro Coliseum. It was the final prep work for the Orange who look to build their NCAA Tournament resume and make a splash at the ACC Tournament. ESPN Bracketologist Charlie Creme has ‘Cuse listed as the ‘last team in’ in his latest field of 68 predictions for the 2023 NCAA Tournament.

Fans can watch the Orange and Wolfpack face off at 2 p.m. on Thursday on ACC Network with Pam Ward and Stephanie White on the call. Angel Gray will be the sideline reporter for Thursday’s game.
